Emanuel Matano began working in the dental field early in 2018 as a trainee dental nurse. He has gained over 6 years of dental experience in both private and NHS practices. He has worked his way up from being a trainee dental nurse to a head dental nurse and then to being the Head of Clinical Nursing, taking on an operational management role.

He is now the head of clinical nursing as well as the co-manager of Smilestone Dental and Facial Clinic. His role is to ensure that the business remains patient-focused, the team is well supported, and the practices are safe and compliant with CQC regulations. His aim is for the practice's patient journey to run smoothly and to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.

Emanuel's hobbies and interests include cooking, traveling, and, above all, enjoying a good time with his dog around east London. He looks forward to meeting you at our practice!
